Before you set up the first call
Do my parents need a smartphone or an app?
No. The call works on any phone that can ring — a basic mobile, a feature phone, or a landline. They just pick up, listen to your voice, and press any key to confirm. Nothing to install, charge, or learn.
Which countries can you call today?
India and the USA are live at launch. China and the Philippines are the next phase — the languages and call flows are built, and we're opening them country by country so call quality and caller ID stay reliable.
What languages can I record in?
Any language you speak — it's your voice on the call, not a synthesized one. Most families record in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam for parents in India, and English or Spanish in the USA.
What happens if they don't answer?
We retry on the schedule you set. If there's still no answer and no confirmation, you get an SMS — and a WhatsApp message, if you turn it on — within minutes, so you can call them yourself.
How long is each call?
About 30 seconds: your recorded message (up to 20 seconds) plus time for them to press a key to confirm. One call a day is included in the $9.99 plan; you choose the time, in their timezone.
Can I change the message or the call time later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Re-record your message, add another loved one, change call times, or pause calls while they're traveling — it takes effect the same day.
